Trying to stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me, but since having my two girls it’s become less of a priority. Working a full time job, managing the house and raising my kids has taken up most of my time over the last few years, hence my own health has taken a back seat.
I did maintain a workout schedule, but that really only consisted of a single 1 hour workout per week which just wasn’t enough. When COVID happened in early 2020, our lives changed quickly! All of a sudden I wasn’t moving like I normally did since I was working from home full time, my kids were at home for 3 months straight and my stress levels were at an all-time high.
I feel like I didn’t know how to handle these stressors properly, which resulted in eating more, drinking more, having no energy and feeling very unmotivated. It got to the point where I felt like I needed additional support to help give me the push I needed to change my lifestyle.
The biggest result for me from working with Marcus was the weight loss for sure, I never thought I would lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks! The food options were extensive, the portions were super filling and I also liked that I was still able to eat carbs and fats throughout the program.
