I was looking for someone to keep my accountable and to make fat loss simple and easy to understand. My friend Karmen got such great results working with Marcus and she was so happy and it seemed easy for her so I decided to reach out to him.
He taught me how to eat and enjoy myself in life, but also maintain a fantastic balance to make sure I can sustain my weight loss. I never feel at a loss for anything! Marcus made it simple to understand my body, how I feel after eating certain foods, my feelings toward food and he kept me accountable for what goes in my mouth!
Honestly, the number on the scale and my clothes being too big now is great, but the one thing that really stood out for me was that my hiking stamina has tripled and playing soccer now, I'm not winded after 10 minutes of play. I don't need subs anymore during my soccer games and I now lead the pack on all my hikes with friends and family.
Marcus made it very black and white, straight forward and easy to understand nutrition and clean eating. His questionnaires, the weekly pictures to keep you accountable, the support, everything worked for me. It was FABULOUS!!
Marcus, you changed my life and I'm beyond grateful that you smacked some sense into my brain. Thank you for everything! I will be back for sure if i need touch ups in the future :)
