I didn't quite hit -50lbs and in the past that would have felt like maybe I failed because I was too focused on a random number on the scale. But just focusing on the habits I learned through you, I feel a win each day because I followed through on what I said I was going to do to improve my health.

Your plan is sustainable as I move forward, I can live my normal life and stay to plan!
